Pursuant to article 21 of the Law on Agricultural Land ( "Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia"  no. 135/07, 18/11, 148/11, 95/12, 79/13, 87/13 and 106/13) upon a Decision No. 22-21148/1 dated 22.11.2013 the Minister for Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, issues a

PUBLIC NOTICE 03/13

for lease of state-owned agricultural land

I. SUBJECT OF THE PUBLIC NOTICE

State owned agricultural land in the regions of Valandovo, Gevgelija and Strumica in the total space of 36ha 39are 10m² shall be leased.

Valandovo region, cadaster municipality Kazandol with total space of 12ha 49are 52m²

Gevgelija region, cadaster municipality Negorci with total space of 14ha 65are 22m²

Strumica region, cadaster municipality Gradasorci with total space of 9ha 24are 36m²

The EU funded project “Further upgrade of the Land Parcel Identification System within the Integrated Administration and Control System” implemented  in Macedonia from January 2013 to January 2014  by Geodetski zavod Celje d.o.o  from Slovenia, in consortium with Giss.d.o.o and EKOTOXA s.r.o  is seeking:

1. 1. Long Term Junior Expert in Advanced GIS (one person)

Logistics and timing:

The operational base of this assignment is Skopje, although there may be travel to other parts of the country from time to time. The assignment is for up to a maximum of 110 working days within the period 18 March 2013 to 15 January 2014. Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 to 16:30 except on public holidays and annual closure periods.

Candidates should send their application and CV in English with any available support documents (copies of employers’ statements and diplomas) to the Team Leader (email address: lpis.mk@gmail.com) within 10 working days of publication of the vacancy in the press. Applications should be clearly marked “Advanced GIS Expert”.

Candidates will be evaluated against eliminatory criteria and merit-based criteria as specified in the accompanying Terms of Reference. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted to be assessed through interviews.

I.

1) All legal and natural persons are called to submit their Letters of Interest for participation on a public announcement for granting state-owned agricultural land under lease.

2) The space of agricultural land in state ownership for which Letter of Interest may be submitted is 5353ha 95are 46m², allocated in four geographical units:

Geographical unit 1

Cadaster municipalities: Pesirovo, Amzabegovo, Knezje, Crniliste, Adzimatovo and Saramzalino.

Geographical unit 2

Cadaster municipalities: Gjuzemelci and Milino

Geographical unit 3

Cadastre municipalities: Lozovo and Karatmanovo

Geographical unit 4

Cadastre municipalities: Dorfulija, Kjoseleri, Adzi Begovo and Delisinci

PUBLIC NOTICE No 04/12

Granting of agricultural land in state ownership on lease in the following regions:

SUBMISSION OF A BID

The form for participation on a public notice (bid) shall be submitted in one certified original signed by the bidder.

Each bidder can submit only one original form (bid).

The bid shall be submitted within 30 days as of the date of publication of the public notice in the daily press, to the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management - Skopje.

Starting date for apply: 01.06.2012

Ending date for apply:  30.06.2012 (at 4:30 pm CET)
